Product Description
This elegant women’s folding fan comes as a set with a matching case, both dyed using natural plant-based dyes. The silk fan is dyed with leaves and bark from Kitayama cedar, grown in the satoyama woodlands of Kyoto, using a traditional boiling and extraction method.
Due to the nature of natural dyes, the color may react subtly to acidic or alkaline environments and may change over time. Please enjoy these variations as part of the charm and uniqueness of natural materials.
The pattern on the fan surface is woven, not printed, adding to its artisanal elegance.
